Find professional support if you are in crisisUrgency is information, not confirmation
Feeling pressure does not automatically mean an instruction is wrong, but pressure should make you slow down and examine what is driving the decision. Healthy direction can usually survive prayer, questions and wise counsel.
Use more than one test
A single feeling, sign or comment can be meaningful without carrying the whole weight of a major decision. Look for agreement between biblical wisdom, the character produced, practical reality and trusted counsel.
- Does this direction agree with the character and wisdom of Scripture?
- Does it produce honesty, responsibility and good fruit over time?
- Can it be discussed openly with grounded, trustworthy people?
